Farmhouse converted into a shop full of quality fruit and veg, home-baked bread, condiments, fresh eggs, free range chicken, local ciders and a good selection of cheese. You can buy seasonal bouquets of flowers and ready-made pots outside. They also have lots of sundries - I came in here to get a bag to keep our home-grown potatoes in. Friendly staff and particularly busy on Saturdays.
You will see signs for this as you come off the A4 and head to the North of the city. You can also cycle here as it is sandwiched between the Ring Road cycle path (route 16) and the Bristol and Bath Railway Path. -

Friendly staff in the shop and cafe. Always a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, but the meat and dairy products are a but on the pricey side, even for a farm shop. The cafe is a bit of a disappointment though: slow service and the coffee wasn't too good. I asked for soya but was told they don't do it.
